HOW CAN I PAY

  • Paypal
  • Payment by CREDIT CARD (Visa, MasterCard etc)

For payment by CREDIT CARD, you do NOT need a Paypal account.
 
When you are ready to pay, click the “PROCEED TO PAYPAL” button (even you don’t have a Paypal account). Paypal will redirect you to their page and you are able to choose to pay with your Paypal Account or CREDIT CARD.

 
 
Do you know you have One Year Warranty on your Anna Michielan’s Jewelry ?

We ship to any country from the beautiful island of Bali, delivery is secure and so is your satisfaction.

We are so sure about our product that if you don’t like what you’ve purchased, you can send it back for a complete refund.

You take care only of the shipment costs to send the crystals back home to Bali.

 

DUTY AND TAX DISCLAIMER

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Anna Michielan has no control over these charges, nor can Anna Michielan predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

 

GENERIC REFUND POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges according to our terms and conditions below.

 

REPAIRS

We offer our clients an amazing One Year Warranty on our Jewels.

In case your piece breaks within one year, we repair it for free, you simply pay for the shipping cost.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without previous contact and confirmation.

To complete your free repair, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can purchase replacement pieces if needed. We do our best to replace or repair broken items, providing the necessary stones and materials and you will be notified and contacted by us and charged of the cost of the materials.

We can’t always guarantee that all pieces are fixable due to the availability of materials and stones.

All plated and oxidized silver may wear over time; we can re-oxidize it for you.

Bracelets and necklaces worn daily may need reinforcement once in a while. We suggest to re-string your mala after once a year.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your Parcel has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without previous contact.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Company does not accept the return and does not provide refund  to :

  • any item not in its original condition
  • items with lipstick or make-up stains, or parfum traces or signs that has been worn and used
  • items with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error: if there are parts missing they can be added and client will be charged of the costs accordingly to previous agreement and notice of the amount

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at anna@oshiibali.com  and send your item to: Anna Michielan.Jl. Mertanadi 69, Kerobokan Klod 80361

If you don’t resonate with the item you purchased, accordingly to Returns Conditions here above, you can exchange it with a different item, your purchase amount will be automatically calculated and if there is any difference you will be asked to pay the missing amount.

If  you chose to exchange with a cheaper item, you will be rewarded with a Credit  ( e-code ) to use in your future purchases or for family and friends of the difference.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance or we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

STONE DISCLAIMER

All our designs are made with unique stones, and as they are left in their natural form, you may receive your order slightly different from the picture on the website. Some stones may have slightly different shapes and dimensions.

 The Crystal we use can be tumbled and polished but also raw and rough in their original organic form. If you choose a piece with such characteristics please notice that lines, fractures inside or on the surface of the crystals are part of their beautiful organic form and are not breaks due to shipment or fall, they are part of their formation on which we decided to not intervene as they are what make that crystal special.

In Crystal Healing or just between stones enthusiasts its well known that these details are the ones to look for and that make your piece unique and powerful.

 If you have chosen one or more items that have such particularity, after you have placed your order we will send you an image of your purchase for your approval and selection between items in stock, before shipping it to you. We reserve the right to ship directly without further email and contact if all the items ordered are in stock with no valuable difference or if it is the last piece available.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Something went wrong during the shipment. I have received a damaged piece. Can I change it?
Sure, send it back to us at our expenses and we will change it for you. (no refund). Contact us before shipping  we will confirm we are ready to receive your piece.

• I’ve chosen a piece that doesn’t suit me.  Now, what to do?
Contact us and after we confirm we are ready to receive your piece, send it back to us, we will approve your refund and refund you within 48 hours from when we receive.

• My purchase broke, due to designer error. Do i have refund?
Yes, we have one year warranty on repairs due to our responsibility, ship back to us at your expenses.
Contact us: we will make sure to accept your repair and notify you with what to do. When repaired we will ship the piece back in your hands.

• My necklace was pulled during my yoga class, my kids played with it and  broke it, my dog ate half the bracelet. Now what?
No problem, contact us, we can always repair and add the missing parts and stones. You will be charged for  any material in case it will be needed and shipping costs.
