Choosing crystals and gemstones is a very personal thing, Crystals and gemstones will choose you as much as you choose them. Using the ‘first impression’ method to ‘find’ your crystal in a shop.
•Close your eyes for a few seconds and clear your mind. Open your eyes quickly and pick up the very first stone to which your eyes become naturally drawn.
•Run your hand over all the stones available for selection. You will soon discover that one stone will “stick” to you hand as if it’s surrounded with glue. This is your stone..
•Intuitively you will instinctively ‘know’ which stone you should choose and which is ‘right’. You might feel as if the stone is shouting, ‘take me!’
• Or you might sense or even ‘see’ a strong crystalline white light radiating from the stone and attracting you like a magnet.
Most people will choose the crystal or gemstone that will best assist them in their healing needs, such as clearing the mind, helping with a physical problem, assisting meditation or chakra work.
